Tasty Burger Recipe

Post  pgankers on Fri May 23, 2008 4:45 pm

This recipe is per 1 lb. ground beef (adjust as necessary):

Choose your ground beef (My preference is 93/7 or 90/10, but this is up to you as most like 80/20).

Step 1:
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tbsp McCormick Hamburger Seasoning
1/4 cup KC Masterpiece Original Barbecue Sauce (I've tried ketsup and other brands of barbecue sauce, but this is my preference)
Dash of black pepper
**Mix together very well before adding ground beef

Step 2:
Mix in ground beef and create your patties.
*Don't forget to use your thumb to indent the top of the made patties to keep burger flat when grilling.
**Note: If burgers are falling apart, you've added too much barbecue sauce.

Step 3:
Sprinkle with Worcestershire Sauce (I prefer Lea & Perrins, but this is up to you) and let sit in fridge for about 20 minutes.

Step 4:
Grill to your preference and enjoy! Great with grilled corn.

That sounds awesome, and I think I can do steps 1-3. Only problem though, can someone grill it for me lol!
